Run in a workshop / training room format either at our offices or local training venue, or
as required at clients offices UK wide.
A detailed initial 1 day workshop for all levels of staff, giving them a guideline on how to assess their career objectives,
and equip them with the most up to date methods of finding new employment, followed by one month of unlimited individual support.
Career Assessment & Goals: Establishing individual values, skills, career objectives and priorities.
Identifying transferable skills and motivations, identifying job goals. SWOT analysis, Career Wheel.
Skills Marketing:
Approaching the market, strengths and weaknesses analysis, using key achievements and strengths, promoting skills.
CV Preparation, Presentation and Covering Letter Styles:
Creating CVs with impact, CV content and style, “do’s and don’ts” on CVs, electronic
CVs, tailoring CVs to applications, covering letter style and content, job applications, speculative
letters, networking letters.
Modern Job Search Techniques:
Where and how to find jobs through: job centres, press recruitment adverts, online adverts, company
websites, internet based recruitment channels, recruitment agencies, speculative approaches,
networking, with guidelines and advice on each.
Interview Preparation, Presentation & Conduct:
Key steps to planning before an interview, presentation, preparation, information required, building
confidence before interviews.
Interview Skills Training:
Interview formats, screening, selection interviews, competency interviews, assessment centres,
interview styles, interview questioning techniques, “do’s and don’ts” on interview, performing on
interviews, post interview activities.
Modern Job Search Action Plan:
Developing an action plan, managing time and resources, assessing job offers.
Outcomes:

Followed by:
Personal one-to-one support covering 2 x 1.5 hour sessions.
Each individual attendee can choose which topic requires more detailed support, run on a confidential one-to-one basis.
Sprint employ a range of experienced coaches, trainers, counsellors and consultants so this is a tailored service
to suit the topics chosen. This may include psychometric testing, skills assessment, preparing a CV, internet based
recruitment advice, job application assistance, interview training and role plays, presentation preparation, through
to support from one of our Change Management / Motivational Coaches to help deal with the emotional and psychological
aspects of preparing to enter the job market.
A full range of services is available for individuals to benefit from and is provided in advance
of the programme so time can be spent deciding which services would benefit the individual the most.
The one-to-one support can be arranged the following day after the workshop or can be taken at any stage
needed up to a month after the workshop to suit requirements.
Followed by:
1 Month Personal one-2-one support covering 28 days from the initial 1 day Workshop.
Fundamental to the Gold Outplacement Programme is its flexibility, as each individual can choose the elements of our
service which best suits their needs, at any stage of the programme, meaning we can be there when the support and
assistance is needed the most.
Unlike most other Outplacement Providers we do not allocate credits or time limits, we
assist each individual for as many meetings, telephone calls, on-line and administration support
as they require throughout the whole career transition programme.
Individual also works closely with an allocated Consultant, ensuring each person receives proactive
assistance in finding a new career. We encourage daily contact with Consultants to ask advice,
tips and encouragement throughout the process.
Additional Support:
All individuals gain access to our comprehensive online resource centre, an essential guide to conducting a
successful job search campaign and most critical for the individual to determine their next career move in the
least amount of time possible.

- Access to aggregated job postings from thousands of sources
- Tips on networking, job applications
