Fundamental to the Platinum Package is its flexibility. Each individual can choose the elements of our service which best suits their needs, at any stage of the programme, meaning that we can be there when the support and assistance is needed the most.
Unlike most other Outplacement Providers we do not allocate credits or time limits but assist each individual for as many meetings, telephone calls, on-line and administration support as they require throughout the whole programme.
Each individual also works closely with an allocated Consultant, ensuring that each person receives proactive assistance in finding a new career. We encourage daily contact with Consultants to ask advice, tips and encouragement throughout the process.
