Ama is a leadership coach and facilitator. Her career history spans 25 years in the Pharmaceutical Industry, firstly as a Hospital Account Manager, then a Head Office Trainer, followed by 12 years managing Primary and Secondary Care Teams, leading her most successful team to the highest accolade in AstraZeneca of the AstraZeneca Academy. Since then she has continued to manage, inspire and motivate teams to achieve success.
Now a leadership coach, Amas’ expertise is in working with individuals, coaching a combination of life and career development, using psychology tools and methodologies that have enabled individuals to radically transform their lives.
Recent projects have been involved with the Cambridgeshire Constabulary, running workshops based around change management and improving public relation skills.
Ama is an accredited coach and trainer, is fluent with Neurolinguistic Programming (NLP) and is a regular author for the magazine “Pharmaceutical Field”, writing their “Management Series”.
Ama is married and has 2 young children. She enjoys the gym and has a passion for travel.
